Gold Fields House is a landmark building within the core of Sydney CBD and tourism precinct. Owned in joint venture by Valad’s development business (61%) and its Australian V-Plus Fund (39%), the Gold Fields House development will comprise up to 37,500 square metres of developable floor space.   

Valad has received Stage 1 Development Consent for the Gold Fields House redevelopment project at Sydney’s Circular Quay. The approval from the City of Sydney Planning Committee is a milestone for Valad which will now proceed with an international architectural competition to create a world-class complex which will feature a significant residential component.

Pentridge Piazza is a 6.5 ha in-fill development site with an approved masterplan for a mixed-use, high-density residential and retail/commercial development.    

When completed, Pentridge Piazza will have 1,130 units, townhouses, and serviced apartments designed to appeal to owner occupiers, investors and the retiree market. The plan includes a major supermarket, specialty retail shops and a commercial complex.    

It is located in the middle-ring suburb of Coburg approx 8 km north of the Melbourne CBD.  It has significant heritage appeal, strong road and public transit links to the Melbourne CBD, and adjacent parkland and lake to the north.
